Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in FHIR standards and experience supporting digital health initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and IT teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into effective solutions, with a focus on healthcare interoperability and cloud-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories using Azure DevOps or Jira

• Lead and support FHIR-based solution modeling, including FHIR resource profiles, extensions, and APIs

• Support integration of cloud-based systems within the Microsoft technology stack

• Perform data validation and API testing using Postman

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support project planning, tracking, and reporting

• Contribute to system design, testing, and implementation efforts

• Ensure solutions align with AODA compliance and modern accessibility standards

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with FHIR standards, resource modeling, APIs, and HL7 FHIR implementation guides

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and SDLC practices

• Proven experience working with both business and technical teams

• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and/or Jira for backlog and user story management

• Experience in cloud systems integration, particularly within Microsoft environments

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform

• Familiarity with Internet-based and distributed systems architecture

• Working knowledge of emerging IT trends and accessibility regulations (AODA)

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
